(1,396 reviews) the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean but dated, but everything worked fine. It is attached to the megapolis mall that had a coffee shop and hard rock cafe. All in all, the hotel was about what I expected. In the future I would probably stay in a different part of town closer to the Metro for ease of getting around and restaurants that are walkable. This hotel is surrounded by a lot of very busy roadways, you don't hear the traffic noice, but it makes walking to anywhere but the mall difficult. (1,001 reviews) Our room’s water heater was not working. We called and the technician came and said the water heater was not large enough. They hadn’t replace the water heater in our room. I don’t know why they put us in that room when the water heater wasn’t fully working. they said the rooms were sold out. The room was not vacuumed. They were peanuts on the carpet since we arrived. They were never picked up. We were in the hotel for six nights the gym. The carpet was super dusty and they were pieces of paper they weren’t picked up for days I complained about the gym that it’s not clean enough. They said it’s because it’s gonna be remodeled.
