Breakfast buffet was chaotic. They were understaffed and bewildered. First the empty tables were not cleaned and made available. Next, there was unidentified areas for special eggs or coffee. Third, the coffee was typically out and a line was formed. The available scrambled eggs were runny. There was always something not available.
Next, went to dinner and nobody served me. I waited 30 minutes and left. Once again, chaotic as staff was overwhelmed with the amount of people.
Third, the dry sauna was not available.
Fourth, a lot of areas were in disrepair. Broken curtains, torn up overhangs, even windows were broken.
