"You can definitely feel the love that went into this space. Lisa and Stephen built an amazing treehouse, and the whole property is very special. It's very unique and well crafted, with a lovely view of the mountains through the trees. It's rustic yet also very comfortable and cozy. The clawfoot tub and fire stove make it especially relaxing."

"I kept waiting for an exact address and never really got one. In the mapping section of the listing there was a very small and vague address that got me near but not in the driveway. It was not Georgia St it was Columbia St. I knew what I was looking for so I found it eventually."

"We enjoyed our bicycle riding on the Virginia Creeper. Fortunately we rode in the mornings because the late afternoon was stormy with lots of rain. Unit 2 was spacious enough for us to spread out and relax."

"My husband and I stayed to attend the Appalachian Trail Days. The cottage was absolutely amazing. It was so clean, so well equipped! The cottage was in the country, really quiet. It has an amazing screened in back deck that over looked fields of hay and a cow pasture. I was so glad that we got to meet Judy and Joe. Wonderful couple! "This house is conveniently located near the Virginia Creeper Trail. While the proximity to the trail is a significant advantage for outdoor enthusiasts, our experience at the house was mixed. The house has a nice kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation enjoyable and convenient. "What a great place! Peaceful and quiet. The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we couldn’t hang outside by the fire pit but the screened in porch is a nice extension of the home. The hosts reached out to make sure everything was going well and it was. There is a gas station/cafe around the bend and the cafe has really good food, especially for breakfast. The gas station has hunt brothers pizza and that was good as well....

"Nice sized lodge for family gathering. Plenty of room, great sitting area on front porch. Nicely planted flower beds around lodge, attracted hummingbirds and butterflies. Only the most basic amenities provided. I definitely would recommend using a 4-wheel drive to access the property. Any vehicle low to the ground could bottom out."
