« Yes, Janet was welcoming. She inquired after our check in and a couple of other times to see if we needed anything. The unit should be improved in these ways: 1\. The HVAC should be separate from the house. Although a space heater was provided, it blew the circuit. Janet asked if we would reset the breaker at the outside panel. After that, we relied on heat from the rest of the house, but it was often too hot at night. I didn't feel comfortable sending the host a text whenever the temperature...

« Property was great..we had 3 truck and boats rigs. Plenty of room for all the fisherman that fish Shasta. Was up there for annual Bass fishing championship. The host was very easy to communicate with and texted right back with any answers to questions. »

« We stayed at the lake house for five nights in October. We had everything we needed! The weather was a mix of rain and sun, and on the rainy days we were perfectly happy to stay home and enjoy the views, the wildlife, the hot tub, and the well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the water pressure and nice hot water in the showers. Plenty of space to hang out and play games or watch movies. Our favorite was probably just hanging out on the deck talking and enjoying the view. »

"Personnel très gentil et accueillant , café et thé 24/24 dans le lobby , chambre basique je ne supporte plus la moquette dans les chambres aux USA . Par contre l environnement n est pas safe du tout je me suis faite suivre par un individu apparemment drogué ou alcoolisé qui est même entré dans le hall heureusement que la réceptionniste a réagit et qui ensuite a essayé d ouvrir les portes extérieures donnant sur le couloir . Il y avait un groupe de homeless sur le parking ils ont dû appeler la police pour les faire partir . "
