It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, if you are planning to stay with the max amount of people for the house you might run into trouble with kitchen utensils and towels. We were given two small beach towels for the hot tub and when I asked for more, I was initially told no and when I reminded them we had three people for our reservation I was given the code to the cleaning closet, but couldn’t make it work so we were never able to access any additional towels.Not a deal breaker by any means, but just something to be aware of. It had everything needed and more for a comfortable stay. The place was very clean and as pictured. Eric was quick to respond. The hot tub was an added bonus. It is located in a really nice quiet neighborhood, short drive to restaurants and shops. The house is equipped with everything you would need for your stay, no detail was missed. Communication was also excellent. The backyard and hot tub are great and my kids loved the music instruments in the living room. Highly recommend! ##### Inbar Y. We stayed at Eric’s house with some friends and really enjoyed it! The house is very clean, spacious and modern, with a living room, 3 bedrooms and an office, which we used as an extra bedroom with an air mattress. We couldn’t inflate the mattress the host provided initially so his friend dropped a new air mattress and a working pump that same day - great hospitality! Relaxing in a hot tub after hikes in Lassen park was amazing! All of us really enjoyed the stay. ##### Aleksandra N.
