Welcome to the Guest House! This 1-room studio with private entrance and luxury amenities is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Suitable for a weekend getaway for 2 or family of 6. Perfect location - 3 min off I-5 and CA-299. Walk to Simpson U, 2 min drive to Bethel & Shasta College, 10 mins to Downtown / Sundial Bridge, 45 mins to Lassen NP & 60 minutes to Mt. Shasta. No stovetop/cooking facilities. Strict no pet policy. Cul-de-sac street or driveway parking. Basketball hoop & kids' playground.

The Guest House one-room studio (576 sq ft) is a comfy yet classy space to land, with a Queen bed and two Queen pull-out sofa beds for up to 6 guests. Additional 3 inch memory foam mattress toppers are included to make sleeping on the sofa beds more comfortable.
A large flat-screen TV (streaming only - no local channels) and comfy couches and chair make the space a great place to hang out.
The mini kitchen comes equipped with a 3/4 sized fridge with freezer, microwave, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, toaster and hot water kettle for tea. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. There are no cooking facilities--no stove or cooktop.
The bathroom includes a large shower with shower head plus a hand-held sprayer, and comes fully stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Guests with small children can use the playground right outside the guest house. For those with older kids, a basketball hoop, balls, and other outdoor sport toys will help them have fun during their stay.

Great ADU in a fantastic area!

We had a great experience staying in this unit! It is super close to Simpson University and just a short drive to downtown. A great spot if you're looking to do some weekend wine tasting! Everything was very clean and the pull out couches (2) were perfect.

What a wonderful and welcoming space to spend a week! We loved the location so close to Bethel and pretty much everything! Such easy access to shopping, restaurants and pretty much anything. The hosts were so quick to respond to any messages. This will be on my lists of places to stay next time I am in town.

Peaceful and easy!

This place was a very nice space with great amenities. Very clean and spacious with plenty of room for 4 people. Tv cable and streaming were available and easy to connect with. Parking was easy even with our small trailer and the neighborhood was very nice. Thank you Sandra and Tim for such a wonderful experience.

Super convenient - very clean

It is a large space with room for more than just 2, for sure. Bed was comfy, as were the couches. Spacious shower, minimal counter space in the bathroom though. Had no reason to contact the owner.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The unit is well-appointed and spacious for three guests. Suggest a motion light between the front house and walkway to back unit. Lots of leaves and debris in yard and at front door. There were no condiments (cream, sugar) for coffee or tea. Tea pot had not been emptied. Toilet seat needs tightening. WIFI signal was weak, TV buffered a lot. Host was responsible when I emailed them. Closest restaurant and stores, 15-minute drive. Reasonably priced.
