Approved for short-term rentals. This two-story unit comes with an awesome view of the pool, hot tub and Lake Okanagan, and with 2 master bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The loft offers a custom built-in Murphy Bed. The added skylight allows light to brighten the second level. Island kitchen, granite countertops, gas stove, stainless steel appliances. This top-floor unit is super quiet and includes a private patio with privacy screens on both sides. No pets. No smoking Utilities are all included. We enjoy being at the property.The only comments are regarding where to park - maybe suggest look for “C36” and that you not required to go to the underground parking. Once we realized we didn’t need to go to the underground parking all the instructions made sense, but it did take awhile and thankful with the help from other guests or residents.
