"Great location, staff was kind and the hotel itself is beautiful! No The only downside is that the inside rooms are right off of the courtyard/rooftop, so when I checked in I asked to be moved on a higher floor to avoid people standing right outside my window."

We asked for a cot - "we don't have those" We asked for extra blankets - "there aren't any" We asked for extra pillows - "there aren't any" I unpacked my bag and slept on a pile of clothes on the floor with my wife and 8 year old in the bed in my room. My two adult sisters shared a full sized bed. These rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. Room 511 smelled like an ashtray. All this for $480. Will never go back. Will tell everyone about the horrible staff and accommodations. And - it will be a long time before I ever book with Expedia again."

"The room was fairly clean. A few areas I had to sweep or wipe down. Full kitchen, separate bedroom and living spaces, and laundry was very helpful. Couch was super comfortable and you could easily sleep an extra person on without unfolding the pullout. "
