Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you have an event at Ford Field, as it's just a couple of blocks away. We only ate at one of the restaurants, Bistro 555, and the food, service, and prices were great! Also, the room was nice, and the beds were DIVINE! The mattress was great and they put both a fuller, firm pillow, and softer thinner pillow for each "sleeping spot". A couple of not so great things: the hallways smell like smoke, and even though it's a nonsmoking hotel, the smoke must travel up from the casino. The casino is on the 3rd floor, and our room was on the 18th floor, and the smoke smell was still pretty intense. Thankfully, our room didn't have any smoke smell! Also, when you first pull up tot the parking ramp, there is a huge sign that says $50 cash for parking, and everyone in your car must be 21+. Since I was traveling with my 14 year old daughter, and wasn't aware of parking fees, I kind of freaked out...but when I pulled up, they told me I didn't have to pay the fee, and we were able to pull in. Basically, I feel like the signage could clarify better for 1st time visitors. Overall, it was a great place!
