rooms were huge, very large bathroom and shower, extremely comfortable beds, and pillows. staff very accommodating in letting us have late checkout to 1pm and shuttle service withing 5 miles was very nice. very nice in past checkout time letting us store our belongings and cars with valet to get brunch before leaving the city..
Only complaints were thin walls to hear neighbor's tv int he morning and long wait for valet in the morning bringing us back car.
From our arrival to departure, this hotel, casino, and restaurants were the best. The staff is unbelievable. Friendly, courteous, willing to help: from parking staff, front desk, doormen, casino and restaurant, these folks were top notch. My wife and I will be back soon.

Seems as though they are trying to improve. More updating needed as well as attention to detail in housekeeping. Have stayed here before and did see improvements this trip. Hopefully more to come. Shuttle guy very nice and clerk Steven was SUPER friendly! Keep improving and I will be back.
We checked into the rm and refrigerator didn't work. Called it in, never got fixed before we left. Shower Faust leaked very bad.
Valet parking was great and fast. They were the best.
Breakfast was awesome.
