"The outer property gate wasn't working & the place was surrounded by homeless people. There was a man right across the street (for 2 nights) yelling & carrying on; I was on the 1st floor, so I didn't feel comfortable leaving my shades open. Also, the room was incredibly damp, to the point that my clothes, shoes & hair were all damp. I've already asked not to book here again."

"Woke up at around 3:30 from the heat. The ac quit working and wouldn’t let us change it. Called front desk and the lady just mocked us and was rude, saying we didn’t know how to use it. Well it was actually broke. Then at 8 am we got evacuated from a fire alarm and we get all the way down stairs and a lady gets on the speaker laughing saying you don’t need to evacuate there is no fire. Then we go back up and as soon as we get back we get evacuated two more times. And we didn’t have power from 8am till checkout. Terrible. So go no sleep and paid 300+ dollars to not sleep and be hot and have nothing charge."

"I prepaid for parking only to find out the hotel has no parking. So I had to pay again and it still hasn't been refunded to me. They also take a large amount for incidentally which also hasn't been refunded. Their is no early check in and the whole thing was a pain. The rooms themselves were pretty nice and the hotel is in a convenient location."

"Staff is very friendly, environment is clean and high class, it’s in walking distance of all things downtown and overall a comfortable stay. Only downfall is no breakfast, BUT, they do have an amazing cocktail bar called “Candy Bar” and their cocktail specialties are unique and packed with flavor. Baristas at front of lobby are also kind, and lattes are spot on."
