"The bathtub needs to be replaced, that’s not a staff issue. It’s as clean as they could get it I’m sure. But it’s so old and discolored with messed up caulk around the drain. "Stayed one night for a concert downtown so this did the trick for what we needed! The service at front desk was great, check in was easy AND they shuttled us to/from the concert downtown which was a HUGE plus for us!! It was clean as other Baymont's I've stayed in. "
