"Bonjour, Nous avons demandé une facture lors du Check out. On nous a répondu que nous la recevrions par émail. Or nous n’avons toujours rien reçu. De plus l’hôtel était très bruyant et le rooftop inaccessible en raison d’organisation d’événement privé."

"Très bon séjour, l’hôtel est très bien situé. Ils vendent des en cas à des prix très corrects. Par contre le PDJ est vraiment cher. Propreté ok, pas top la moquette.. mais c’est un avis perso. Hôtel Vraiment très agréable ! "

"Bon rapport qualité prix. Localisation idéale, très proche de Downtown et de la rivière. Mais surprise de la chambre sans fenêtre vers l'extérieur : donnait sur le couloir intérieur. Donc jamais de lumière du jour. Un peu difficile au bout du 2ème jour. Personnel très serviable et aimable. Excellente literie."

"Hotel sans aucun service, j'arrive personne pour m'aider a sortir mes valises du taxi, personne pour ouvrir les portes, on rentre dans un sas pour enfin découvrir le lobby... pas de téléphone dans la chambre d hotel pour demander le code du wifi qui marche pas bien, hotel avec des rideaux qui ne couvrent pas la totalité des fenêtres donc le matin on a le jour dans la chambre, matelas qui est tres mou, on est a coté du métro donc toute la nuit il y a bruit terrible...pas de petit déjeuner...il faut eviter cet établissement"
