**This home is not suitable for small children because of steep steps**

This property is 3 stories:

Main/First Floor - you enter the main floor from the street up 6 steps. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, and semi-private work space. There is access to the backyard as well.

Top Floor - Primary bedroom (king bed), 1 full bathroom, and second bedroom (queen bed)

Basement / Bottom Floor - Third bedroom (queen bed), 1 full bathroom, laundry room, and SPEAKEASY. You also have access to the backyard from this level

You have access to the entire property

We are readily available from your first inquiry to the end of your trip.

I. This property is one block from H Street which is filled with shops, restaurants (including Michelin Star restaurant), coffee shops, bars, and grocery stories.

II. We suggest using ride share in this area as parking can be a challenge if you`re not used to living in a city. You must parallel park and can usually find a spot within 2-3 blocks from the property.

III. Steeper steps in home that have handrails and are well-lit.
