"Room was comfortable and spacious, well decorated and had all the facilities i needed.
The air con unit didn't work though, which was a slight let down as the first night was very warm and i couldn't open the windows.
the breakfast was excellent, although not the biggest variety, it was well cooked and delicious.
The staff were friendly and the onsite restaurant was good. "

"This is an excellent hotel at an affordable price including breakfast. Only issues that I would regarding as feedback, not a complaint is the menu for meals between 5pm to 9 pm could be upgraded as they were just snacks and not full meals. Also we had hoped the main area for drinks should have sky etc as we wished to watch the Champions League final and the hotel didn't have it which meant we had to go to another restaurant. Which also meant the bar lost out on our orders! However this didn't...
"Clean and comforable, fine for 1 nights stay en route. It is a shame the motorway services don't do hot food 24/7 as I arrived at 10:30pm and could only get a hot drink from a machine."

"Pleasant staff, decent room, nice breakfast. Pillows are very soft if that bothers you, I took my own due to neck pain and I'm glad i did. Close to the NEC."

"Stayed 1 night in a newly refurbished room. Was excellent - just as you would hope from a Crowne Plaza. We had a drink and some chips in the bar, which was busy but well-staffed. We parked in a nearby multistorey (3 mins walk) but you can actually park at the hotel as well. No complaints at all."

"Great 2 day stay. Staff were helpful, breakfast was awesome, location was perfect. Only problem was the pull out bed for the 2 kids was a bit uncomfortable, but they seemed ok the 2nd night."

"Our room wasn’t suitable as we had a noisy family in the room above , I spoke to Abby the supervisor, Abby she was really understanding and changed us to another room and even upgraded us to a bigger room for our inconvenience. "

"We were welcomed & checked in by the lovely Marta, she was very polite & helpful. The bar staff were great too & they had a lovely terrace that we sat out in for a couple of drinks before our event. Checking in & checking out all went smoothly. Gorgeous hotel, comfy beds. "
