Co-Town Condo is an upscale loft located inside of the Behrens Lofts. Conveniently attached to Fabled Bookshop and Coffee, you will be able to walk to some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment Waco has to offer. In addition to the convenient location, the Condo is stocked with everything so you can fully relax. Co-Town Condo combines the elegance of a hotel room with the privacy and comforts of home.

In addition to the convenient location, the Condo is stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. The condo is features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bath, and a couch in the living room that converts into 2 twin size beds. The house is fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and serving ware as well as an en-suite laundry room. The bathrooms are also stocked with linens and toiletries. The condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. The living room features a 4k 55” smart TV with all of the major streaming services. There is seating for 10 people in the main living area.

The condo is conveniently located in downtown Waco within walking distance of The Magnolia Silo District and some of the best restaurants & shopping Waco has to offer. We are also only 15 minutes to Waco Surf.

A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access. Feel free to unload in the loading zone (5 min limit) at the back of the building before parking.

This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.

Must be 21 or older to book. Verification of ID required. Will make exceptions for first responders, active duty military and newlyweds.
