"Cliff house is an aging beauty. Clean, but dated, rooms. Ocean front, nice pool, (could be heated a few more degrees), friendly staff. Restaurant was excellent. I need coffee before 7:30, just setting up coffee service in the lobby would be great. I would stay here again. "

"For the price paid, this hotel was great. We just stopped for a night after picking up our wine club orders. My son was happy to spend some time in the pool, my husband was happy with the wood (non-carpet) floors, I was happy with the toiletries provided. Check-in and check-out were both really pleasant and quick. We've spent twice+ the price at boutique hotels that did not have a pool and typical standard front desk service. Location was great, not walking distance but a very short drive to anywhere we needed to go. "
