The hostess (Alessia) is the BEST of the BEST! She met us at the property, showed us all the best places to visit in Venice and several recommendations for dining out. She even sent me links to all the places on WhatsApp. She was very thorough and detail-oriented as well as very fast to respond anytime I texted with a question. The property is beautiful and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. I slept all night. If you use the hottub, make sure you hit “preheat” and let it warm up. It will take 3-4 hours to get to 104 F (40 C). It was perfect! The hot water was great in the showers and the amenities were good. I highly recommend this place. It’s located in a nice area of Venice and there’s lots to do nearby as well as quicker access to the train station when leaving. We spent our first two nights in Venice in an apartment on the grand canal, but we wish we had stayed here instead. Not only is the apartment sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortably appointed, but the attention to detail is noticeable and Alessia who helped us with check in was amazing. She knew all the great spots to go to, met with me early to facilitate check in and luggage drop off, and even met us to give us an extra key when we locked ourselves out!
