The room was clean. With the Hiltons account linked we got a breakfast credit however it was for a certain amount so you will be charged for going over the allotted amount. The indoor pool was nice but there were areas that were not cleaned well because the furniture was not moved. Overall a nice stay.

I booked this hotel exclusively because I was getting married at the nearby Brazilian Room - it was a great location for getting ready and the property was recommended for portraits ahead of the wedding. I booked a Queen Junior Suite for getting ready+ photography and wedding night. When the hotel wrote asking if I had any requests, I did ask if I could be placed in a room where windows wouldnt be obstructed during the hours I would be getting ready (in case of construction, maintenence, etc) I checked in and was placed in a King Junior Suite. Small upgrade - yay! Property was beautiful but I was slightly annoyed that all my vendors had to pay for a full day of parking as well as me considering how much the room cost. Even so, suite was really nice with amazing lighting. As Im getting ready for bed, the ceiling starts to leak and its a significant amount of water. They responded quickly and ultimately advise I will need to switch rooms. No problem- its a historic building. Things happen. It was really the next sequence of events that lead to the lower review. It is already after 11pm and I am moved into a Bayview King room which is a standard room size. I call the front desk back, explaining I booked a Junior suite as we needed the size and the night manager attempts to convince me its an upgrade. I eventually ended up in a dated Junior suite with 2 full beds which is where we spent our wedding night. I didnt end up settled until 1am. On checkout they removed $100

I am sharing our experience to help future travelers and management to fix major service and facility issues. Facilities & Comfort: While the property looks clean for the price, the sleep quality was bad. The mattress is aging and sinking. I felt like I was sleeping on a slope—it needs to be replaced. The 5-Hour Check-In Disaster: We arrived at 12:00 PM, requested a high floor, and were promised a text when ready and that our bags would be sent up. By 3:30 PM, no text had arrived, and our luggage sat completely untouched. When I followed up, the lead staff (Lady) dismissed me with a cold and unfriendly attitude. The Final Straw: By 5:00 PM, I stood in line for a third time. It was obvious no one had looked into our room. We were ultimately reassigned to a ground-floor room. When I spoke up about the high floor promise, the lead staff lady became defensive instead of apologizing for the massive waiting time and coordination failure. Customer Service Retraining: Front desk lead staff need immediate training on hospitality basics —specifically, she needs to treat all guests the same, learns how to avoid taking a defensive attitude when a guest is rightfully tracking down a delayed check-in.

Hotel checkin was great. I received glass of lineup on check in.And because our room was not ready.We were granted access to the pool area. We received upgraded rooms, which were fabulous.Even larger than the ones we booked with very nice outdoor shower bathtub and fire pit. The staff was very accommodative, and we felt well taken care of.

Nice little cute place to stay at. Stayed one night. Not really a hotel they are little one bedroom trailers. They have a front porch and nice little parking space in front of each one. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are specious. Only down side is you share a porch with a nieghbor and if light is left one it goes into the bedroom. Located close to shopping and restaurants if you drive.
