"Clean rooms and pretty lobby. Hotel had useful resources like JFK taxi booking, security at the front, and a small shop attached. However check in took almost an hour because there was a line of other guests almost out the door. Elevators were also slow. I don’t love this location but overall we enjoyed our stay."

"It was a wonderful stay overall and would be definitely open to staying there again. The lobby was beautiful and we took advantage of the fun Photo Booth. Our room was pretty small but good enough for a nights rest. Only downside was the surprise additional fee charged during check in."
