"The staff were amazing. We had been driving for several hours that day and were already really tired by the time we arrived in Waterton. We happened to pass by the hotel and went in to ask if early check-in was possible. The staff member checked for us and was able to get a room ready right away, which we really appreciated. The room was nice and clean, and it looked like it had been renovated. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, so if your room is on the second floor, you will need to carry your luggage upstairs. The location is very convenient and close to restaurants, and everything else. The only downside was the soundproofing. We could hear the guest next door snoring very clearly at night. Overall, we had a good stay and really appreciated how helpful and friendly the staff were."

"The team was great. From pleasent morning breakfast service to front desk folks were helpful. We are hikers and stayed in Pincher Creek as an affordable option over Waterton. We ate at the bar three nights - great portions, good prices, big TV and folks to chat with. Pool and hot tub are a nice addition! Great for sore muscles. We will be back next year!"

Stardust Inn and Chalets

"We stayed here in June and really enjoyed it. We enjoyed this stay as well, but the September weather threw a bit of a curveball. After a few cold weeks, weekend had turned very warm. We spent the day hiking in Waterton park and were very hot and tired. Unfortunately, the air conditioners had been removed for winter and we found our room too warm and hard to get comfortable. We were given a small fan but we couldn't keep the door or window open because of bugs and wasps. We were happy with the service and cleanliness, just longed for the cool comfort we had found here in June."
