"Everything was extremely well attended to. The restaurants, the beach, and the rooms. Dinning staff were gracious and helpful. There was one gal by the name of Kris Hernandez that stood out. She was kind, energetic, and enthusiastic. Very willing to please and make our stay more memorable. She is an asset to your team. I suspect she will bring value to your company as she grows with the company. She was so full of sunshine I had to mention her in this review. Please let her know she made us feel welcomed to your hotel. It was a great way to start our holiday. Thank you for the opportunity to mention her contributions as an ambassador to the Ritz Carlton. "Perfect for the 2 of us. Great location. Only wish there was a dish washer, and just a few condiments and coffee in room. A walk over to the Ritz is perfectly fine, and I know I could’ve brought in, but just would’ve been more convenient. Overall would definitely stay there again."

"This was our second stay. Fabulous as the first. Everything was clean. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Locker with all beach gear. Secure with gate and door codes. Complete kitchen and washer/dryer. Great pool area too! Felt like home."

"The location is fantastic. Whether you want a relaxing day staying on the property, walking beautiful beachfront trails and going to the amazing beach right out front; or cruise a short drive down to the surfers paradise of Pipeline and Waimea, everyday is fun. The restaurants at Turtle Bay are all excellent. The management team for the property was great; the unit itself was very nice and had everything we needed for a great stay.
