"Where do I even begin? We came here to Hawaii to elope and celebrate the most important day of our lives, and we left with so much more than incredible memories—we left feeling like we had gained a new family. From the moment we arrived, every single person made us feel genuinely welcomed. Joy, Jill, Dee Ana, and every member of the Club Level team went above and beyond in ways we never expected. They didn’t just remember our names—they remembered our story. Every “good morning,” every conversation, every thoughtful gesture made us feel so special during one of the biggest moments of our lives. Planning a destination elopement can be stressful, but this amazing team made everything feel effortless. They celebrated with us, cheered us on, and made our wedding week even more magical than we could have imagined. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking, but it’s the people who truly make this place unforgettable. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care are something you simply can’t put a price on. Thank you, Joy, Jill, Dee Ana, and the entire Club Level staff, for making our wedding week the most incredible experience of our lives. "I vacationed with my son, his wife and four grands ages 14-18. The property was clean and comfortable...a good fit for the family. The snorkeling gear had to be cleaned prior to use and the storage locker was a bit of a mess and minus a few items which were replaced quickly once the host was notified. There were two other maintenance issues which were brought to the attention of the host and maintenance personnel arrived within 10 minutes of my call. Both issues, although more major for us, were minor fixes for him. The beach view was perfect and we saw several turtles in the bay and a handsome seal visited the beach on two of the five days we were there. Lots of swimming in the bay, sunning on the beach, playing volleyball, hiking for some and relaxing for me. It was a very enjoyable holiday at a lovely villa."

"The villa was perfect for a multigenerational vacation of two grandparents, two sets of parents, five grandchildren ages 4 to 8 years. The beach was close by as was a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The view was amazing. The locker contained everything a family would need to enjoy the beach. The furniture, and balcony was perfect for relaxing in the unit, but we didn’t spend much time in it as we enjoyed the outside activities, including golfing, deep sea fishing, hiking, snorkeling, swimming and relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi."

"Amenities and cleanliness was good but I wish the location accuracy was better. I booked this studio expecting that it would be at Turtle Bay, however, I learned that this is actually by Sunset Beach on the day of check-in. Even though it's less than 5 miles apart, Turtle Bay & Sunset Beach are two completely different areas. I'd prefer it if this was labeled Sunset Beach Studio or Studio Near Turtle Bay"
