Great location, very spacious and clean

Incredible property for a wedding venue. The atrium was a fairytale.

Great location and fantastic Hotel.

Stayed for one night-a Friday night. Check-in was easy and was asked if we preferred a city or river view. Was given a city view on the 23rd floor, which was lovely. However, when we returned to our room around 9:30pm, a rooftop bar/restaurant had a dj playing very loud music that continued until approx 11pm. Did not bother us, was able to fall asleep, but keep in mind if offered a choice of river or city view. (Not sure if this was a regular occurrence or a special party) Special shout out to housekeeping—we had an event to go to and the rooms don’t have irons/ironing boards any longer—only steamers. Needless to say the steamer wasn’t helping a cotton shirt and when I asked a housekeeper down the hall, she called her manager and got one delivered to our room. Lifesaver!! Shower was amazing. Took Uber 5 different times and all the drivers were exceptional and friendly. Just be sure to request drop off at the hotel entrance-otherwise you will be dropped off at the casino entrance and you will have to walk through casino to find the hotel. Enjoyed and would stay again.

The staff is pleasant. AM Buzz is a solid choice for a quick breakfast. I do wish room service was an option but, my stay here was enjoyable.
