"The apartment complex was a little outdated but the apartment itself was well maintained and furnished. Overall, this was a great place to rent for our night out as the location was within walking distance of downtown RO. "Our apt.was not the one in the picture. There was only a futon and a role out bed and tv in living room.the bed room had only a bed and portable air conditioner in it (very loud). "We were to visit some relatives in the area and found this house to have been an excellent choice. Although restoration was't 100%, it was clean, comfortable and pretty well equipped. "The home was in an area that wasn’t fir anyone!! There was debris around the building—like a wasteland. The inside was only 400 sq ft. Board fell on my foot down the hallway. "We stayed in this lovely home in Royal Oak while visiting our son.
