« The amount of money we pay per night, I find it unacceptable that the property owner controls the A/C while away from the property. If we set the thermostat to a certain temperature, I should not walk into the house when it’s nearly 80 degrees inside when I’m about to go to sleep. A/C worked fine when at the house, but they clearly watched the cameras when we left and remotely controlled the climate control to unreasonable level. »

« The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again. »

« First, I just want to say I absolutely hope to stay here again and my family and I had a wonderful time! The pool house was amazing and it was so fun to cook dinners out there while watching my children have a good time in the pool or out fishing on the dock. « The property was clean as advertised inside but the outside photo of a well maintained lawn was misleading. The grass was not in the condition shown in the photo and I had to call the host to get the lawn cut. The outside area was the selling point for me and my family. We had plans to use the outside area during our stay but that did not happen due to the lawn condition.
