"Had a great stay here, right next to the overground, easy to find. Not much eating places around but the actual rooms itself have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!"
"It was the worst hotel and customer service Iv ever experienced. I also left (by accident) microphones , power bank and hard drive at the hotel. And they’ve said it’s not there. So they’ve blatantly sold it. "

"This is a cute boutique hotel in a great spot in downtown London. Checking in was easy and smooth and we were within walking distance of tons of restaurants, stores, and transportation. The room was nice, if small. I accidentally booked a room without windows, which was a new experience, but the mood lighting in the room helped alleviate that to some degree.
The lobby is a nice place to relax and the Continental breakfast was great, with tons of options and fresh pastries.
Some small downsides that aren't a big deal but worth mentioning:
The room did not have a lot of storage for our clothes. The far side of the bed didn't have outlets and we had to run a cord across the bed to charge a phone overnight.
The room was also a bit stuffy, without much ventilation.
Would definitely stay here again if I came into town."
