"The dining room staff were very helpful. The cleaning staff was good. What puzzled me was that on check in the clerk at the front desk wanted to know what cleaning service we wanted. I found that this to be confusing. Not sure what they wanted to hear from me. I asked for clean towels every day but got that only once. Obviously there are issues with staffing etc. I have never been asked that at any other hotel. In Canada, the US, Europe or Japan. I must say that the breakfast we paid for was very good. Plus the same for the supper meal we had in their restaurant. Breakfast had gluten free toast plus fruit eggs etc. As well as Greek yogurt. Service was good but our waitress for our second breakfast was fabulous."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and inviting. I was also very pleased with the restaurant service—the staff were attentive, professional, and provided great service. Overall, the entire experience was enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again!"
