A place close to everywhere

Mansión Mérida is spectacular. We were welcomed with a drink and a fruit basket, and loved the daily treats in our room. The room upgrade was stunning, and the pool was incredibly refreshing. The service from the concierge team was world-class, and meeting the owner, Don Raúl, was a highlight. He even took a photo of us, which was delivered in a frame in our room and he met us as we were leaving to give us a thank you letter. Breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was truly personal. A gem in the heart of the city!

Our experience at Hotel Cigno was simply exceptional. From the very first moment, every detail was handled with a level of warmth and care that truly sets this place apart. We would especially like to thank Bere, Jordi, Israel, Aaron, Moisés, as well as the impeccable teams in housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and the person who welcomed us so kindly upon our arrival. Hotel Cigno is not just a beautiful place—it is an experience. A space where hospitality feels genuine, where every gesture reflects dedication, and where you can truly disconnect and enjoy. We felt genuinely pampered—like being at home, but even better. We leave deeply grateful… and already looking forward to returning very soon.

The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud and no dryer. The sewer did smell from the bathroom sink, no toilet seat on second bathroom. Only a pair of towels for each bathroom. Too much light coming through the blinds at night. The master AC would freeze up at night. Not enough hot water. Good for one hot shower. I was disappointed with the condo.
