The onsite staff went out of their way to help us move our 10 pieces of luggages and booked taxi for us, at 5 am and 11am. The place was very clean and comfortable. Location is convenient. Communication was top notch. There are convenient stores on the ground level. We would stay here again.

Although this is a prime location, its breakfast value is far below that of what the 5 star hotels normally offer! Their staff is a bit better with courtesy and respectfulness!

Hotel and staff is excellent. Having staff taking pictures of passport pn personal phone is a no no. They should photocopy or write down passport ino. Room needs more outlets, hooks and hangers. It's none existence in my deluxe suites which is annoying.
