"My stay, picture was hanging off the wall screws on the floor. When I walked in to check in the front desk person was stuck in her phone and never looked up until I prompted and the door right by the front. She didn’t mention any amenities! Didnt reference deposit! They never cleaned the room or tried, didn’t vacuum the floors, take any trash, we had to keep asking for clean towels. There were things that were left in the room by previous guest like a fork and hair in the bathrooms. The pool was dirty! Definitely needs some updates! But besides that when we did speak to someone they were polite! "

"Our room was clean, but a lot of furniture was torn up. The hot tub did not work the entire time we were there and the indoor swimming pool was freezing and we did not have hot water last night. We had to wait till the morning to take a shower after swimming, which was gross."

"We originally got a room with a king bed and pull out bed for myself, mom, niece (18) and child (11). The front desk had said that she was going to upgrade us to their last 2 queen beds with no charge. Which was nice. Parking is very tight for larger vehicles. We got up to the first floor where our room was. We passed several rooms that looked like they were renovating. The room wasn’t terrible. But can tell needed a little TLC. But it was only for 1 night. There were gnats in the freezer and flying around. I normally don’t walk barefoot around hotels. But the floors felt rough, like they needed a good scrub."

"First and last time I’d stay here! Staff were very rude a simple good morning they wouldn’t even give us better yet a smile. Once we got our Suite we had a small kitchen and fridge, etc we noticed there were small roaches coming out from under the stove and fridge. I was so disappointed on booking this and staying here never have I stayed on a pricey hotel with rude people and still had to deal with roaches on our suite!!!!"

"Great beds comfortable. Pool was amazing staff was excellent and professional. Breakfast was really good. Overall week for sure come back again. "
