The property is very dated and poorly maintained. Only one elevator was operating. Dead trees in atrium. Hole on wall in shower. Also $37 to self park one night which I did not see any notice of and this was not even communicated during check in. Staff was friendly but that was really the only positive of the stay. I will not stay at this property again in the future and makes me now question the brand

Staff not really interested in helping with requests, just about going doing normal process and work nothing extra. Not bad but old property. Elevators doors take seconds 5-35 to open , they have a sign for this but it gets long waiting for doors to open. Fire alarm went off at 2am, just shut down and back to normal, no explanation, no apology, employee just said i just got here dont know anything.

The elevators broke down twice during my stay. One point I had to use the stairs and when I checked out I had to use the freight elevator. The pool and hot tub looked questionable and had an out of order sign on the pool door. The indoor pool is it by I booked this particular hotel
