« It didn’t smell like garbage. It totally didn’t feel gross just standing in the bathroom. I most certainly did not almost gag when I first walked in. I didn’t get drunk in the parking lot with my friends either. I did bring a sleeping bag. »

« Standouts were the staff, Chas my concierge greeted us at the door, handled our bags, placed them in the room, got us ice, and made sure our needs were met, Ketunde the receptionist was in training, yet she was exceptionally professional and welcoming, easy conversation making us feel at home, the host, and our waiters at the lounge were also very welcoming, and friendly with excellent service and attentiveness, the valets were really sweet, opened doors, made sure the car was nice and toasty...

« Room was very clean and well furnished. Staff was polite even while dealing with how busy it was with a snow storm going on outside. I would gladly stay here again. »

« Of course staff was courteous. Arrived on Sunday night around 8:30 pm and fridge was not cooling. Called front desk and they immediately got maintenance up there and he had to replace it with another. Very efficient indeed. No complaints whatsoever! »

« L’hôtel est parfait et le personnel vraiment gentil. Nous étions fatigué et nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel. Service et plat excellent. Le stationnement est payant. Nous croyons pouvoir marcher sur le bord de l’eau mais l’hôtel est entouré d’autoroute. Fausse impression de notre part mais à part cela tout est parfait. »

« Tu he inside of the hotel really need to be renovated. The bedroom and bathroom was very outdated, everything needs to be updated. Bed was confortable. Breakfast terrible. We stayed there because of its location and reasonable price. »

« Malheureusement nos voisins de chambres étaient des fêtards. Tard le soir au coucher et nous avons appelé le desk et le tout s'est arrêter quelques minutes plus tard. Mais les fêtards ont recommencé vers 3h30am et la mme du desk s'est chargé de les faire Taire, mais la nuit était déjà gâchée. »
