This hotel needs a complete renovation. "

"I booked my reservation through Expedia. And I chose book now, pay at property. The day of my check in the hotel tried to run my card information without my knowledge and consent. I made 3 reservations for myself and other in my party, and they tried to run my card for all 3 before we had even checked in. And because the payment would not go through they cancelled the reservation. When I got to the hotel, the staff member said it was their policy to run a card to see if payment would go process. I stated I booked through Expedia and my payment should not have been ran until I checked in and I authorized any transactions. I have never had a hotel do that before. The hotel also had a bad odor.
