From beginning to end overall service was great thank you
Pleasent valet and checkin. Hotel amenities are classic and quient.
Great hotel, very trendy and comfortable. A few quirks! Like the transom window over the bathroom door shines way too much light into the bedroom at night. Also the dining staff for lunch was not very efficient - we had long waits for drinks and refills. Other than that, we loved the hotel and it's ...
The hotel is in an awesome location downtown, right across the street from the main library and within a short walk to the state Capitol, VCU facilities and the river. The interior is a little old though and a renovation would do the place good.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The location is fantastic - we could see the capitol building from our window and had plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was very spacious and felt like we were in an apartment not a hotel, the valet was very convenient ...
Had a great meal with friends at the restaurant. Room & bed were great. Service very friendly
Beautiful hotel, lobby was exceptional with the fountains. So many choice to eat right at the hotel and we enjoyed the pool too!!
Clean room and comfy bed but no hot water in shower. Also there is coffee in the lobby only but no tea. Staff was very accommodating for our late check in.
Very nice staff both at check in and check out. Breakfast attendant secluded himself in back so couldn’t ask for anything. Hotel under construction so a bit dusty and dirty. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Would come back during non construction time.
