Tala Vacation Packages

We have stayed at FCH both the Expo and the one in Providencia. Both hotels are conveniently located and reasonably priced. The staff is very well trained a, bilingual ( English and Spanish) . The beds are clean and comfortable. This visit I was particularly impressed with the gentleman who assisted us with moving into our room and showing us how everything worked. Thanks for a wonderful one night stay.

The hotel is conveniently located but the area is not the best.

Hace un año me hospedé y fue un estancia agradable pero, en esta ocasión no. Estaba el loft sucio y descuidado por ejemplo, estaba un pedazo de piso de la escalera sobrepuesto, la sala estaba toda sucia y olía mal, el foco del patio estaba fundido, tuve que pedir una plancha, solo dejaron un cobertor pequeño para 3 camas y cuando le solicité más a la persona de limpieza me comentó que no, que no manejaban más que puras sábanas… Mala experiencia porque olía mal, a sucio

Highly recommend this hotel, amazing customer service, clean rooms, breakfast, food, restaurants, close to train station and things to do.
