"Great location, neighborhood is quiet and covered in trees which makes walking great. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Lots of great places to eat near hotel. Also located close to the historic center of Guadalajara. Definitely would stay again!"

The staff were so helpful and kind with anything that we asked for including arranging a ride to the airport. I also took advantage of the spa services for a facial that was provided in our room.
