This booking was an extension to an existing 4 day stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was overall very nice. We were there for 5 days total, it felt like the same staff members were constantly looking for tips (both cleaners and wait staff) despite tipping throughout our stay.
Our key cards were deactivated frequently (sometimes multiple times a day) for no reason, requiring us to visit the front desk to reactivate them.
The dance club on first floor was very loud and rowdy. The crowd overtook the lobby on Saturday night which was unpleasant returning to the hotel after a day of sightseeing.
We were dining in Baluchi restaurant and a woman got into a heated shouting match with the waiter, yelling at him throughout the restaurant, through the diners and into the kitchen. Though entertaining, we were unsettled by the scene.

The staff is very helpful, and the hotel has a great kitchen, 24-hour room service, and a restaurant. The rooms are also very nice, and the pickup and drop-off service is excellent.

The hotel ambiance is warm and relaxing. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The food served was fresh and tasty. I especially appreciated how attentive the staff was to our requests. Staying here truly made my visit to Delhi more enjoyable.
