Comfort Inn & Suites Durango

Comfort Inn & Suites Durango

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed five days in the Comfort Inn in Durango, and we had a pleasant stay there. We stayed in a king suite. The room was “divided” into a bedroom and a living area with a couch and desk. We had a tv in the “bedroom” and one in the “living” area. The hotel is older but well maintained and very clean. Doug, who was at the front desk when we checked in, was very accommodating and helpful. Then, later in the week, when we needed a few items replaced in our room, it was Doug who, once again, helped us and brought the items to our room."

"Pretty good stay overall. The good about gateway inn and suites the front desk staff was very helpful especially the woman who was working during the afternoon shift sorry forgot her name but she was extremely helpful with giving multiple recommendations for a locksmith. It was also clean and tidy only bad and they were minor in my eyes the rooms sitting chair had a minor rip and looked a tiny bit aged also the AC unit seemed to lack cooling power or something or maybe insulation wasn't as good as it should be to keep the room cool. Anyways good hotel and worth a couple nights stay for sure"

"This facility is old and could use some updates. That being said, it is very quaint and comfortable. However, the price is on the higher side. You have to drive to get ice, and to get to the front desk. There is a restaurant on site, but nothing the average person could afford. Cheapest thing on the menu is oatmeal @ $12. Was fun to see the feral horse and the mule deer. I contacted the hotel because I left something behind, but got no response."
