« We stayed at this hotel for a friend’s wedding in Crested Butte. I am so happy that I decided to switch my reservation from the hotel next-door to this one! We ended up reserving a two bedroom suite and it was so nice to feel like we had a home to come and stay in for the weekend! Beautiful views, super clean and cozy, and welcoming! We will definitely be revisiting again soon! »

« This was a horrible place to stay. Room was not maintenanced, shower head fell apart, no Ac and windows that wouldn’t open, broken chair, TV that wouldn’t work, locked out of our room twice and handicap bar fell off the wall. Very disappointing, go somewhere where there will be someone to help you. My husband and I were over the top frustrated. »

« I had a room for my family booked at The Grand Lodge. I was notified same day as check in that there's a problem and they had to move my room. We ended up at a condo on the mountain. They even worked with us in making sure we could still use some of the Lodges amenities. Absolutely my most favorite place to rest your head in the valley!! Awesome folks!

« The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal »
