The only property in Telluride spread over five acres in a park-like setting, the Telluride Lodge is convenient for both summer and winter activities. Bedding: Queen, two twins, queen sofa sleeper You enter the unit from the second-floor interior hallway. Up a half-flight of stairs is the main living space, which is bright and spacious. Here you'll find the living room with a queen sofa-sleeper, a flat-screen TV and stereo. The living room is open to the dining room, which seats six, and a fully equipped kitchen with all of the essentials to cook any meal. The master bedroom is up another half-flight of stairs, with a queen bed and a flatscreen TV. This bedroom also has an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and large vanity area. The second bedroom with a queen bed is another half-flight of stairs up and also has its own flatscreen TV. On that landing is the second bathroom with a fully tiled walk-in shower. Up a small flight of stairs is the loft, which has two twin beds. On the entry-level of the condo is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private washer and dryer for the unit. A ski storage closet is in the hallway across from the entrance. The condo provides complimentary wireless internet. Free wireless internet is included in every stay. The Telluride Lodge is located adjacent to the grocery store and just across the river from Lift #7\. The free in-town shuttle has stops on the north and south sides of the property and downtown Telluride is just a short 10-minute walk. AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips! \*Home Truths:\* \- There is no A/C at this property. \- 1,125 Square Feet. \- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Please note that there are two shared hot tubs. One outdoor, and one indoor, that is open between the hours of 10 am-10 pm. \- Community hot tub is not available during the off-season. \- This home features a sleeper sofa that can be used for extra children. \- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. \- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: Parking for guests is first-come, first-serve at the onsite outdoor lot. There is no designated parking spot with this vacation rental, but a pass will be provided. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. Everything was perfectly walkable to get into town, to the creek, restaurants, bars and shops. The home was incredibly clean and comfortable (THE BEDS!!) for 6 full grown adults. The kitchen was also well stocked, great for cooking meals and snacking when we weren't going out. I loved spending downtime in this little condo. The ONLY downside was arriving at about 10pm- Telluride is DARK and it was a little difficult to figure out parking and which building we were in etc. That was on us for arriving so late, and didn't detract from any aspect of our stay but be aware when coming in, daylight would be helpful! ##### Jessica T. Plenty big with beds for 6 and 4 full baths. However, the property is VERY dated and has not been invested in for a long time. The kitchen and baths were clean, but the old style shag carpet is nasty and we were hit by a bad odor as soon as we entered. Telluride is great, and it was fun to be within walking distance to the town and a ski lift. Upon arrival, we found the microwave to be broken. Serviceman came the next day, with a new countertop unit, but this temporary fix left the overhead unit with its stovetop light non-functioning. And the master shower faucet knob broke off our last night--reported to mgmt then. New to report, condo management does need to address several more-minor issues also (esp. with Telluride lodging prices): 1) Missing blind slats in 2 bedrooms; 2) Hand can-opener barely works; 3) Limited kitchen tools--esp. no hot pads or oven mitts; 4) No hand towels in bathrooms; 5) Hot tubs closed for maintenance 1 whole day without notice; 6) WIFI was very limited/often poor. But we still managed to have a good stay overall.--just not a top rating. ##### Alan A. It also had two twin beds on the upper level if any of our adult children had been available to join. It has a nice walking trail to town, trailheads, the park, and the gondola, with a free bus service, when you need a rest. It has the basic necessities, but note, all groceries including salt/pepper and cooking oil needs to be brought in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location right in town was nice. The finishes and furniture are somewhat dated but comfortable. There is no deck so you are somewhat disconnected from the outside. The carpet is old and stained. The furniture doesn't match and sinks when you sit on it. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. We did not plan to prepare meals there, but we found ourselves searching through empty cupboards and drawers for basic utensils. What was there was of thrift shop quality. The beds were old, soft and sagging in the middle. We found a peanut in one of the beds and a dirty shirt stuck between the wall and the bed. The master bathroom smelled of mold. There is no excuse for a unit to have these issues at this price!! The management company did provide us with a hot spot when the wifi wasn't working. And they were quick to respond when there was water leaking out of the freezer causing a puddle on the kitchen floor. We would not recommend this unit in the Telluride Lodge!! ##### Nancy S. We never drove our car for the 4 days we were here. Short walk to Lift 7 and the market. Also short walk to the downtown restaurant and shopping area. We shared the condo with another family and there was plenty of space for both families and a perfect layout. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Telluride!
