« towels had stains and I saw a roach in the room. Hotel needs to be renovated »

« The fitness center was a joke 2 bikes and a treadmill which did not work; floor was sticky carpet was moist. Never had houskeeping over a 4 day stay. Breakfast was pedestrian. »

« The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though. The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience. »

« En général c'était bien. Le personnel est accueillant. Assez propre. La selection du petit déjeuner était vraiment excellent. Piscine chauffé :) Point négatif= les tapis de chambres sont vieux, donc ils devrait les changer et le ventilateur de salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Presence de calcaire sur la pomme de douche. »

« The room was filthy and I found baggies and drugs in the room. The bedding was very burnt from cigarettes or something. The floor wasn’t clean. No corded for the phone the iron cable was cut. The electricity went out the last 2 days of our stay so we had no tv or air conditioning. »

« the night desk person was very loud. might as well had been right in my room. that was until about midnight. that person was sleeping at the desk when I went to check out at 8am. The beds were very uncomfortable. »

« The hotel appeared to be very new ...the decor was fresh and bright and the room was clean and inviting. We were mostly out of the hotel for pleasure, but we can imagine it would be comfortable for a business trip too. »

« Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible. Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly »

« Waiting nearly 1 hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport and after 2 phone calls is not what I call good service, especially after being greeted by "sorry but..." »
