"We were here for a Reds game, we live about 40miles away but decided to make a weekend of it. Had a great time this is our first time staying here. The price is higher than the other hotels in the area. And you're not getting anything more than you can get from the surrounding hotels. It is a slight bit more convenient but that is about it. The hotel itself is nice and clean the staff was nice and valet was fast."

"The staff at Starbucks was okay. We were not able to sit at the lobby where the Starbucks was because the food was not eat in. We purchased our food to go. It didn’t make sense and they asked us to leave. Plus I couldn’t use my Starbucks giftcard. "

"I enjoyed my stay for the most part. It was quiet, and staff was helpful. Upon arriving I was not greeted by the male and female front desk staff, they were on their phones..I’ve received a warmer welcome in cheaper hotels. In the halls and elevator I did smell marijuana. While taking a shower the water wasn’t letting out properly so dirty water was accumulating while showering. The WiFi is horrible, even thought they tell you to join their rewards list for premium WiFi. It’s not good and I had...
