It was average, certainly not nice. You could tell the rooms weren’t cleaned well. There were shoes left under the bed from previous guests, meaning no one cleaned well enough to find them. It wasn’t horrible, but I wouldn’t go back.

The check in/out process was extraordinary fast! The room we got was clean and pretty big in size. The employees were friendly and helpful at all times, even in the late hours. The breakfast was amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is wanting to stay in the Cincinnati area, it’s not far from the city but not too close to the city noises. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an area I often stay in when visiting Cincinnati. It is close to the interstates, shopping, eating, and is a great place to rest up after a busy day before starting home
