The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! I had to wait outside my room for a 1/2 hour because my husband was in the shower and couldn’t hear me knocking over the fan in the bathroom, because the fan was as loud as a jet plane taking off. When we went to take the non working key cards to the office to check out, there was no one in the office so I had to leave them on the counter. Saw the staff person out back smoking as we were pulling out. The room was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. I guess you get what you pay for, and it was affordable. But, I feel like you shouldn’t advertise things like breakfast and microwaves if you don’t have them.

Originally given a key to a room that was occupied. Luckily I am an honest person and shut the door and went back to the front desk. I was given a different room and the front desk came to check the occupied room like I was lying. Only muffins for breakfast. Room was great. Location was close to where we needed.

The hotel was not horrible but it was not good at all. Due to the smell in the bathroom, the grasshopper in the bathroom, the toilet barely flushing- I didn’t even feel comfortable showering there. There was little stuff all over the floors and baseboards, I’ve never seen that in a hotel before. It was also a non smoking room and there were MANY cigarette holes in the blanket… If you want to do nefarious things: this is a good hotel for you. If you’re just a girl trying to stay somewhere: this is NOT the hotel for you. Spend the extra 30-50 on a different hotel so you can actually feel comfortable being there.
