"The room was clean and attractive, and we appreciated having a Keurig coffee maker in the room. The continental breakfast in a pleasant dining area was very nice. The ladies who run this obviously care about the attractiveness of the rooms and the comfort of their guests. The only downside is that the view from the comfortable chairs outside the rooms was the parking lot. "

"Clean and comfy suite. Couldn't have been better. Beautifully appointed apartment overlooking river with beautiful spacious bath with large shower and large soaking tub. So conveniently located and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Ice cream shop right over the bridge. We hope to be back again next summer."

"After researching hotels etc. I chose this hotel. I wanted more of a country feel to it and not right in downtown where it would be noisier & possibly hard to park your car. The front desk could be more friendlier & cheerful especially on the phone. Usually I call the property directly so I can have an idea of the surroundings since this was my first time there. I took a chance anyway even if the person on the phone did not elaborate. The place is close enough to Rockland where we went for the Lobster Festival. The room was very clean & nicely decorated. The grounds were well kept. I enjoyed walking barefoot on the lawn where I did my morning stretches. The place also has cottages in the back of the main building. I loved the heated indoor pool & the jacuzzi although the room could use more ventilation due to chlorine. The breakfast was wonderful not just continental but full breakfast. I wished there were more fruits though not just bananas. I loved the waffles & blueberry bread. The place is also very close to Hannaford grocery where you can get lobsters & they will steam them for you. Ice cream shop right next door & gas station nearby… Although we only stayed 2 days ( Thu-Sat) we enjoyed the place & the surrounding towns very much. I would come here again for a longer stay. "

"We were looking for a location between Portland and Acadia National Park, and settled on the Camden area. We are so glad we did. Glenmore by the Sea was perfect for us! Our little cottage was a perfect home-away-from-home. The setting and landscaping are beautifully maintained. Breakfasts were great and delivered quietly to our door. We got great nights of sleep there due to the quiet atmosphere all around and the comfortable bed. The shower head had the best water pressure of any we have ever encountered--even better than ours here at home! Staff were friendly and helpful. We needed to know a good pizza place and they directed us to a terrific spot. We can't recommend it highly enough! "

"This property was magnificent. We rented the king suite overlooking the harbor. The suite had a great balcony dbl sided FP in the suite, beautiful bathroom with heated floor. There is a restaurant on-site as well as a bar. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Rockport may be going through a renovation in the town, not much shopping but Camden and Rockland are just 5 mins down the road. Overall, a beautiful hotel and location, "

"Love the Whitehall! Enjoyed walking into town, meeting new friends around the fire pit, the friendly staff and wonderful breakfast in lovely surroundings! Hooe to be back next summer!"
