Great location! Close to just about everything! The only issue was not being able to connect to WIFI because of the host not remembering which network and the password. Would be useful to have it printed for guest somewhere in the property.

I was given a king size room, even though the reservation was for 2 queens. Only 1 elevator was working and apparently they had been out all week. Ridiculous. Then the cars keys weren’t working. It literally took 4 trips to the front desk to get into a room. I was very frustrated.

Booked this room for one night to attend a concert at Allianz Amphitheater. Within walking distance of venue, parking is pricey ($37/valet), checked in at 4pm, room was just finishing up even though check in says 3pm. Elevators are super tiny but overall hotel was clean and updated with friendly staff.

Overall this property was a good place to stay so we could spread out and have extra room for our trip. Communication was fine and checkin instructions were very detailed. I cannot give it 5 stars however. The shower curtain and shower were dirty. There were stains on the bed linens and the comforter as well as a hole in the comforter. The property also charges $5/day for parking which was not disclosed in the original price. The exterior of the property had a dog area and people did not clean up after their dog — this was also the area we were required to park.

We attended an event at the convention center and decided to book a hotel the evening prior to the convention. All other hotels were out of rooms so we stumbled across this one. We are so glad we did though! Hotel is very clean and staff were extremely kind and friendly. Due to me rushing to book a room, I accidentally booked a queen bed and we prefer a king. Expedia wanted to charge a ton to upgrade, so I waited and asked during check in. The woman who checked us in was able to do so at a much more fair price. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was very quiet, and there was a wedding there so I was worried it would be noisy but it wasn’t! The only confusion we had upon arrival was parking. We must’ve circled the block 6-7 times missing the loading/unloading zone because it was full. The nearby parking garage said monthly parking which didn’t sound like the right place to park. I didn’t know it, but the email with all this info was sent to me 2 hours prior to check in, and due to travel and how busy we were, I wasn’t checking email that close to check in. However once we got a spot in the loading zone, staff handed us directions to the parking garage at check in which ended up being the monthly garage, so that was what confused us as the website doesn’t mention the monthly parking. The wedding party blocked the garage entrance however, so feel wedding parties need be told the garage is for everyone. I would recommend this hotel though, we enjoyed our stay!
