"Wonderful place to get-way. Very peaceful neighborhood. Access to both private beach and public beach on Hermit Lake. Property is in a private wooded area across the street from Hermit Lake with a short walk access. Did not realize when I rented the place has two living units, where a care-taker (owner's father) lives in the basement unit. Very friendly person and helped source logs for the outside firepit. Grateful for the flashlights that were provided when a thunderstorm came by and took...

"Our extended family stayed for ten days and had a great time ! The best thing about the house aside from being right on Newfound Lake, was the roominess of the house . We had our elderly mother, who slept in the bedroom on the main floor with her own bathroom . Upstairs has so many bedrooms and additional sitting/rec rooms so everyone could spead out during our stay . "
