"Rented the home so we could attend the Warner Fall Foliage Festival. My parents used to live in the area and my children grew up attending the fair, going on hikes, etc. Now it was time to introduce our grandchildren to the area. We had a great visit. A couple issues with the supplies for the house, but the management company was great to work with. We would come back."

"This house is the perfect house for all reasons and all seasons! The owners have thought of everything, drawers are labeled, nothing is left to chance, everything is squeaky clean YET it feels like home. We stayed at Benton House the weekend my daughter defended her PhD at Dartmouth and the owners were kind enough to allow a small get-together at the house. The property is park like yet centrally located and a quick rail trail walk to Lucky’s (home of the best breakfast sandwich in the world)...

"Beautiful home with wide open garage with easy access. Home was just perfect for our family. My girls loved the room with twin beds and my husband and I appreciated the king master bedroom. Not much for a yard but we didn’t care about that. Easy access to highway, Dunkin and grocery stores. New Hampton is a beautiful town! Thanks for sharing your home with us!"

"An old house with lots of character. Very spacious, had everything we needed. The pictures of the bedrooms weren’t accurate to the overall beds at the house, and the property manager didn’t answer messages in a timely manner when we were having an issue with the heat. The property owner however was super nice and very helpful, and made sure to help with anything we needed. Would stay again"

"Cute cottage no bugs!! Overall the cottage was a great place to stay for weekend get away. I especially liked not seeing cobwebs or crawling insects!
