The decor is fabulous, our room was clean and had plenty of space for us and our things, and it was very quiet at night. The restaurant right across the parking lot was a huge plus! We liked hanging out in the game room downstairs and had fun picking out some records to play in our room during our stay. Can't beat the location at the bottom of the mountain and right next door to a restaurant. Pool was not crowded, room was just right for what we needed (king + 2 twins) for our family of four. First time with this concept of an unstaffed hotel. Easy check in/out, and we didn't need anything during our stay so it worked for us. Only complaint is that the walls/ceilings are thin. The sign in kiosk was a pain in the neck because the invoice said one amount and the pin pad said another amount that was 50$ more with no explanation. We absolutely loved the record player in the room! It was very romantic but also gave family vibes! Really good pub food next door. The big collection of vinyl albums and in room record player were a nice extra. Unique. Rooms have TV but are all but useless without your own streaming services. Yet some basic conveniences were missing. There was only one chair in each room. There were no dressers or surfaces in to set keys or items on. I could not find an ice machine. My biggest complaint was that they wanted me to send a picture of my license and credit card to an unknown link to check in. That was confusing since I thought that was the point of getting the code, so we didn't have to check in...Anyway, we get inside and see an ipad on the table for checking in, but of course it couldn't find our reservation. Luckily the on site manager came out and found us in his computer, and gave us our room number and code. It seemed like this was not an isolated incident, as another couple that walked in after us didn't receive their code either, and another family were given a code when their room actually wasn't ready. So their check in process definitely needs some ironing out! Besides that though, the rest of our stay was great! Our room was nice, the bed was comfy and sheets and towels were nice and fresh. The shower had great pressure as well. There was a game room that my husband and son used, and the pool looked nice too. I especially loved the coffee machine in the lobby. There was a great pub right next door, we ate there twice! I require grab bars and they were there and placed perfectly. The staff was friendly and helped with any questions. My only suggestion is to add a small table. When I bring my coffee back to my room, there's no place to put it except on the wooden bed frame.
