"We loved the log cabin in the woods for our NYE celebration. It's quaint and has so much charm. The check-in process and communications were excellent. It is about 4.5 miles off the main road so it is in a remote area. It was great for us since we had our dog and it had a huge property for him to run around. It does have only 1 bathroom so keep that in mind if have many guests. The bed was comfortable as well as the couch. They even had a Christmas tree with lights which as a nice touch. The...

"Communication was great w/ host, very responsive. Cabin was nice, w/ plenty of space. We were disappointed it poured all weekend so we couldn’t use fire pit or venture for a walk to the water falls behind cabin. Roads were hard to travel to get to cabin but other than that, no complaints!"

"My husband and I were very pleased with the quiet and clean cabin. The weather was great for the month of May. We loved the screened in porch and the fact that we had kayaks to use right on the property. The only drawback was that you had to go to the sandbar for swimming as the cove was a bit marshy. Cabin located in quiet area and short 5 minute drive to great hiking trails and Newfound Lake and 10 minute drive to downtown Bristol with great coffee shops. "This studio was nicely refinished and perfect for a solo week-long getaway. I appreciated the screened-in porch in the evenings. The location was great, with a beach across the street, Wellington State Park a short drive, and many beautiful hikes nearby. The mattress, however, had a blood stain on it which I found repulsive. I would suggest bringing a mattress pad along with your linens."
